產(chǎn)品簡介
本制品是2×采用SYBR® Green I嵌合熒光法進行real-time PCR的專用預(yù)混試劑,。制品中含有real-time PCR反應(yīng)的最適濃度SYBR® Green I及****的反應(yīng)緩沖體系，Taq酶,，dNTPs和校正染料ROX,。進行實驗時，PCR反應(yīng)液的配制十分方便簡單,，只須將2×SG Green qPCR Mix稀釋至終濃度1×,，在反應(yīng)體系中加入模板和引物即可,。具有快速、靈敏度高,、特異性強,、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點。本制品適合于快速real-time PCR的擴增反應(yīng),，可以在寬廣的定量區(qū)域內(nèi)得到良好的標準曲線,，對目的基因進行準確定量，重復(fù)性好,。熒光染料SYBR® Green I僅與雙鏈DNA結(jié)合后發(fā)出熒光,，通過檢測反應(yīng)體系中的SYBR® Green I熒光強度，達到實時檢測PCR產(chǎn)物擴增量的目的,，可以對目的基因進行準確定量,。
